I took an appt with Tracy Rocky when I was unable to get into my PCP. She was so great! I didn't feel rushed like I normally do during doctor appts & she patiently listened to all my concerns. I've seen her 3 times now & I'm so happy to have discovered her!! I really feel like she cares and isn't just doing a "job".

She didn't listen to anything I said. She kept booking appointments, even after I expressed concern for money and she wanted to see me every month. I worked out a payment plan so I could keep going and now I received a dismissal from the practice due to a big bill for which I had a payment plan. This place is horrid.

I was scheduled with this ARNP as my PCP was on booked for a few weeks. She had immediate openings and I thought I would give her a try. while I was in my appointment having my physical exam completed she said I will be right back and brought an assistant in the room with her while I was completely exposed. I was humiliated. I did not feel like she was listening to me what so ever, as the whole time she typed on the computer with no eye contact.

She was the worst practitioner I have ever been to. I was having a problem and my PCP was on vacation for a week. Not only did she not help me with my problem, but she also made me feel humiliated. She is very unprofessional, quick-talking, and rude. I would never recommend her to anyone.
