We had an appointment and I waited outside her door for almost 15 minutes and nothing. She texted me hours later saying she called earlier (never did) and if I wanted to reschedule. I was going to the appointment to see if this was going to be the last one with her because of numerous reasons that I'll share right now and I'm glad that it was not a hard decision because she literally didn't show up to her job.I thought the first 3 appointment were very surface level which is fine but after appointment 6 I just felt as I walked to tell someone stuff and they act like it is gossip 'oh my, and then what happened' was truly all was ever said in appointments. I felt as if she only respond with interest in the story rather than advice about the situation. Many other examples but I'll finish with when she brought up my dad, well NOT MY DAD, someone else and started saying things about them till said oh you have never asked my about my family before? The fact she never asked about my family.

I absolutely loved Ms. Mayhew. She was really accepting and respectful of anything and everything I brought up to her. She worked with service members and their families, which was great. She let me bring my newborn along to sessions. If I wanted to, I could call or text her anytime and I’d hear back fairly quickly. She wants to help those who want to be helped. She doesn’t take her time lightly and will make a point to avoid those acting a fool.

I went in for my intake appointment and then she never showed up for my telemedicine appointment. I called her for days and never head back, I called the building where I went for the intake appointment and they had never heard of her. This is nerve wracking since I handed all of my personal information including social security numbers.
