Dr. Shahan is by far the most thoughtful and passionate provider I have ever seen. She is extremely thorough and has caught many symptoms other doctors shrugged off or ignored my entire life. Dr. Shahan is fun and wise with a "can do" attitude. Her academic knowledge and degrees in psychology, medicine and whole health are only one driving aspect in her view of a patient as a whole. I feel as though she always sees me as a whole person rather than a woman complaining of symptoms like most doctors do.

She spent a lot of time saying things that are like medical texts and then charges by the minute. She ran late and did not respond to voicemail, emails or text messages. She tries to counsel patients about past trauma without having the credentials to do so.
