Beware - bait-and-switch on 'optional' scans
I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Traci Lee's optometry office, Urban Optix. Despite confirming that a $40 optical scan was optional, I was told it was mandatory at my appointment. After addressing the issue, I was informed I'd have to reschedule and return if I did not want to agree to the 'optional' $40 scan. This felt like a bait-and-switch, especially since I'd confirmed the details beforehand. I advise caution if considering their services.
