Many years of great care
I have been seeing her for 13 plus years . Always a great experience . Check ups are always quick and easy . She’d take the time to answer any questions or concerns i had . I ran into birth control issues and she worked months with me to find the perfect fit . Each time id come in for a check up it felt as if i was seeing a family friend . Always caring and kind .

Traci spoke down to me the entire appt. I had a list of questions on my phone and she scoffed at having a list and responded to a number of my questions, "that's not how that works" or abrupt 'no's'. She questioned whether I was sure my partner was honest about his (lack thereof) sexual history and when I said yes, shook her head (in what felt like disbelief) and said "that's really rare". I was appreciative that she scheduled follow up testing for the symptoms I shared but overall I felt very belittled and dismissed.

Traci didn't introduce herself & was rude. When asked if shse liked her work her response, "it took me long enough to get here, I should". When asked "what to look/feel for during a breast exam". Traci berated the patient for not knowing saying that it was healthcare 101 and turned what could have been an opportunity to educate into making patient feel stupid. Internal exam was painful. She made patient feel bad about 3 other issues too and made her cry. Forgot her oath- "First do no harm".
