If you are actually in pain or sick avoid Tonya Smith from community health. Doesnt care about patients or their medical problems. You are in the wrong job. Get a new one. Seriously. No type of compassion or empathy. Very rude and doesnt even apologize for her nasty attitude and way of doing things even when she is called out on it. Didnt bother to even explain whats wrong with my sister after testing her or calling her. We had to go to another place just to find out my sister was severely ill and that is why she was in pain for so long after constantly trying to reach out to this fake poor excuse of a medical staff.

I’ve been seeing her for over 6 months as my Primary care. She’s nice and seems like she’s good at her job.

Clearly should not be licensed or allowed to treat anyone. Absolutely a lack of empathy for the patient, unorganized, and not professional. I do not see how or why Community Health Center of Meriden, CT allows this person to treat patients. In order to get respect, you have to give it instead of jerking a patient(s) around and then when posed with tough questions, you disconnect the call?? If I was a part of the decision making process, I would not allow this person to even treat an animal
