Dr Fridy is an excellent therapist, one of the best we have worked with over many years. She listens very carefully and always has specific recommendations for behavior modification. She was a real help for our daughter when she was struggling with depression growing up. Highly recommended.

Dr. Fridy is an excellent psychologist. She was my therapist for several years and I would highly recommend her. She is a good listener and always had very practical and thoughtful insight and advice.

She cannot be trusted. She does not have common sense nor does she know the laws in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Whatever you tell her can and will be used against you.
