I had a very uncomfortable visit to this optometrist's office. First off he was very defensive at a comment I made which really had nothing to do with him and everything to do with my eyes. Second he was pushing an additional prescription down my throat that I did not need. He has very poor social skills for someone who deals with people all day.

Dr. Tsao is a top notch professional. His state of the art equipment is top of the line as well as his chair side manner. His office manager is absolutely fantastic, too. I can't say enough good things about their practice and I would urge anyone to give them a try. You'll love the experience and the pricing.

Very good but would be great minus current Assistant. She is good as optometry associate but not in other roles. She seems to really hate talking to people away from optometry equipment. She is bored, dismissive, annoyed anything negative, that's her.

The Dr. is very good all around. However, it's time I go to a different Dr. because that horrible gum smacking Receptionist needs training in RECEIVING patients or potential patients. She talks down about other staff, probably b/c she KNOWS she's he's a lot better than her. EVERYTIME I've HAD to encounter her she is RUDE, BELITTLING. She is SARCASTIC (NOT ok in this kind of business towards people you don't know socially). Her listening & comprehension skills are that of a Preschool child.
