I have been going for a couple years. She will regularly forget to send in prescriptions. She will miss appointments and not communicate about them. Will be well over an hour late for appointments. Won't return calls, emails, or messages through the patient portal. Has violated HIPPA, talking about other patient specifics in front of me. She talked about taking her son's meds, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.

She is an excellent provider. She listens and get down to your issues. Very encouraging to the soul. Spend time with you and ask about family to incorporate it into your treatment plan.

I was referred by a friend. It took 3 months to get in and worth the wait. He was totally right, down to earth. I already told a colleague that is suffering from depression to make an appointment.

I am a counselor in the community and have sent a plethora of patients to Ms. Boyd, along with other colleagues. She is so great with them, listens, educates and really help them understand their mental illness. The children and teenagers love her as well. She does not judge and that makes a huge difference. Our community needs her

I love Ms. Boyd! She goes up and beyond her call of duty. She actually listen to you and help in trying to find other way to help treat my condition. She follows up with me to make sure that the medication I'm taking is actually working for me. She the BEST!
