Provider scheduled followup messaging through MyChart, and when we need to change an ordered prescription she implemented the change within just a few hours--VERY promptly and much quicker than I was anticipating. I had the new RX in hand within about 3 hours of reaching out to her.

I usually set my appointments on line but this particular visit I was supposed to follow up with My Dr. But she was out and the appointment scheduler on the web site did not know how to inform the user how to move past the unavailability of the Dr that would be out until Thanksgiving. So I ended up calling and seeing the Nurse Practitioner which worked out just fine as I was there to follow up on my Bone Density and what to do about my weight.

I had scheduled on line to see another provider a few days out. . Someone from scheduling called me to let me know that there were appointments available for that day with Tira Nesset. Someone I was able to be seen that same day. I really appreciated this type of service from my providers office. Great customer service!

I was so happy that Tira found a possible cause for my insomnia. The insomnia has gotten worse since my Chiari Malformation surgery and She did research and found that 85% of patients with this surgery experience sleep deprivation. My Sleep program hasn't connected that and I am relieved to know there could be a solution. Thank you Tira

Tira Nesset was extremely helpful with listening and suggesting strategies to improve upon my Mediterranean, vegetarian diet with fish in as that will help with weight and conitnue good calcium intake for bone health. She is very competent, compassionate and genuine.
