I have been a happy patient at IL eye for years and Dt. Thomas is my favorite dr yet I will be following up with her moving forward

She has been so helpful.
Dr has been so helpful in finding the correct bifocal contacts that will work with my dry eyes. She has let me have several trials of different brands and always checks my eyes with each pair - included with the cost of my initial exam. I really appreciate the extra time rather than being brushed off and told to just get reading glasses which is what a co-worker did for my exam last year.

She was frustrated and impatient during my new patient exam. She told me that she did not want to be there working on a Saturday. I do not trust that the eyeglass prescription is correct, because she kept issuing the authoritative order "blink, blink, blink.... " and turn the lens before I had a chance to blink and look. With my husband's new patient exam, I saw her throw her hands up in the air 3 times because he was not responding quick enough to her 1or2, 3or4, and blink, blink, blink... directive as she was going back and forth with the lenses. We will not return to she her again.
