I would like to thank Tina for doing an excellent job on painlessly and perfectly setting my broken toe in the urgent care office. Her competence has probably saved me from surgery. Her and the staff treated me with professionalism, care and humor (which I very much appreciated). Thank you, Tina! Overall, I would say that the Urgent Care in Sylva has excellent staff and provides excellent service.

Horrible. Don’t listen, interrupts you, was a complete waste to even go see her. No personality or caring. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Even my daughter said after - she was mean. We saw her at Harris Urgent Care in Sylva, NC.

This woman has no compassion. She treats patients like she loathes her job and like they're robots. I've had several doctors help with my injury over the past few years and none did the wrenching manipulations she claimed were needed. She kept doing it as I was literally crying and begging her to stop. Then she sassed that she had experienced my condition and I was fine. I went in seeking PT referral, but left set so far back in my recovery that I'm not ready to start PT. BRUTAL! Beware.

Tina Coffey has no compassion. She treated me like I was a drug addict trying to con her into writing me scripts. I am a 67 year old female suffering from 4th stage COPD and Authorities in my hands, shoulders, and hips.She would whisper so I had to ask her every time she spoke, "I beg your pardon?" "Excuse Me?"Finally I told her"I know that you are a control freak but if your going to talk to me stop whispering!" She was Rude. She has been a NP for 3 Yrs.and thinks that she is a Dr. She is not!!

Listens to patient, knowledgeable, attentive, genuinely cares about your well being. Asks all the right questions.
