My husband had a massive heart attack affecting the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD), also called the" widowmaker". Emily and Tina were the first professional frontliners I met in the ER. I cannot be more grateful on what they did to appease my husband who was extremely anxious and all he wanted was to see his immediate family before he was taken for cardiac catheterization. Then post cardiac cath, I asked Tina to talk to my children and me in layman's terms of the procedure done and what other procedures to expect so they will understand better. She was great. And follow-up communications with her to update me of my husband's status were timely. Thank you.
