Very easy to talk with and explained things in terms I could understand. He is a very positive person who listened to my concerns.

This is the worst Dr. I've ever seen. He had zero concern about me or my symptoms. He took swabs, painfully, and admonished me when I flinched. I was told the results would be posted on my chart. He did not offer a care plan so I don't know how to treat my problem or if I will be prescribed any medication. I'm contacting my care facility to make sure that I don't see him again.

After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked a med asst if Mr. Tseng had forgotten I was there. After 5 minutes, he rushed in, didn’t introduce himself, said sorry, blurted rapidly he had multiple things going on, and I was there for…?, then looked at me expectantly. I said that I had been waiting 40 minutes and he rudely repeated he had a lot of things going on and asked why I was there. He clearly had forgotten I was there waiting and acted as if I were the rude one for daring to request a civil and professional exchange. No one ever came to tell me he was delayed, but if he had been respectful, introduced himself, apologized without excuses (my visits was one of those things he had going on), and slowed down enough to read the summary of why I was there, I would have continued. I told him I was leaving and then went and spoke to the clinic manager.

Visited for a "male issue". He was very friendly, very professional, and made me feel very relaxed throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend him.
