Timothy Kahn, MSW

Mr. Kahn is highly respected by attorneys for his assessments of SO readiness to have their records sealed or levels reduced. He was very skilled in assessing a family member, despite that family member being nasty and posting horrible reviews of Mr. Kahn to retaliate for a justifiably negative assessment. I highly recommend Mr. Kahn for his unbiased skills in assessments of folks facing a "lifetime sentence" of trying to rent and work with an SO label. He is the best person to retain if you are going to go before a judge.

As usual, folks typically leave reviews of people/places/things when they have negative things to say. But I did read these reviews before I booked an appointment for my son. I don't know what precipitated the negative reviews from on this site. Tim has been nothing but helpful, caring, kind, reliable, discrete and very skilled and knowledgeable. He has clearly been doing this for a long time, and is in it for the right reasons. He is a stand up guy, and I highly recommend him if you need his services.

Went to meet with this Tim Kahn about getting my case closed. Within 2 min! He had gotten out his lunch and started eating it with his mouth open... Asking questions with an open mouth of food is revolting. He proceeded to drink a 2 lt Pepsi FROM THE BOTTLE. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. He was dropping food on his lap and all over the floor. I had brought in a soda (normal sized) and what did he say? 'No drinks in the office please'... At this point I thought this was a joke... But it went on for an hour. He was also DEAD wrong about very VERY important parts of my case. When I went to correct him, he argued with me. That's when I walked out.
