I am so happy that I am taking the time to visit with Dr DeRoos. Within two visits I feel so different. I have attempted to get running back into my workout time. Before, as soon as I started to jog, I felt cramped and worn out along with the shins splints. Found out, my hips have been lopsided. Today, I ran almost 25 minutes (big deal for me) and didn't feel a thing. Grateful.
