I have been seeing Dr. Clines for my regular eye examinations for six years or so, following the death of my ophthalmologist. I have found that he is very knowledgeable and thorough with respect to his examinations, and that he is patient with me and understanding of my concerns.

The rudest and most condescending "Dr." I have ever been to. He was so very unprofessional and even rolled his eyes several times while doing an eye exam on my daughter. He was annoyed and impatient and barked orders like he was a drill sergeant on the army. My daughter was so confused that she couldn't even answer the simplest questions. He was in a hurry to get the appointment over that he just told her to pick a contact lens and go with it.
