Terrible
This provider refuses to listen to his patients. It is his way or the highway. Very cocky and condescending. My husband was having issues with comfort and he took about 10 seconds to put something on the hearing aid and tossed them across the desk and said here you go. We returned the hearing aids and are going to a different audiologist.
