Exceptionally hospitable, if only overly self-effacing at patient intake. However Tiffany Sweeney, APN (Crusader Community Health) not only failed to follow through with 50% of assurances outlined (during initial office visit), she (or her staff) either disregarded, neglected or overlooked patient's repeated queries until offloading patient to another provider was her direct preference. Rather than stating from the outset: 'I'm not comfortable [or familiar] with treating your diagnosis,' Tiffany Sweeney essentially resolved to make this patient 'somebody else's problem' -- only after (approx. 10 weeks of) extended or redundant ('supplemental') requites from patient were satisfied (e.g. ROIs & proof of Rx exclusively). Albeit I should have known better when office reception relayed: 'We normally wouldn't receive [these items Sweeney's insisting from you],' that either I was the exception or Tiffany Sweeney had no intention on seeing me again. Shame on you.
