She could not tell the difference between shingles and ingrown hairs. Not to mention she listened to the lungs and said they sounded good when in fact they were not. She said the patient would be fine in 4 days. However that is not the case. After going to the ER at a hospital down south, the patient was diagnosed and admitted with covid pneumonia. This is unacceptable! Not sure if she is right out of college or not but needs to fully evaluate the patient. Exam, blood, listen to the patient thoroughly and then render the diagnosis. I will not recommend Dr. Ritter and the clinic should re-evaluate her as her lack of professionalism not on reflect on her but also the clinic. The clinis reputation is on the line.
