Tiffany literally saved my spouse’s life. During this time of Covid when no one would see him, she recognized he was under respiratory duress and had him admitted. He had double pneumonia & had turned hypoxic. Out of the ER she continued to check in on him throughout his 6 day stay in recovery. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am that she recognized the signs & got him the immediate care he so critically needed.

How do I give zero or negative stars? She is a danger to patient care. She didn't know any of the medications I was taking at home, even though I get all my care within Saint Francis. She doesn't look in the chart to see what other physicians who have seen me document regarding my medical problems. Avoid her if you can, though you may unfortunately be assigned to her if you go to Saint Francis ER. If that is the case, ask for an actual physician, not a PA.
