Unprofessional and unresponsive
Scheduled a virtual appointment and she didn’t show up. Tried calling and emailing but got no response, later she claimed their power went out and I “should’ve gotten an email”—which I didn’t. Rescheduled for a couple days later and again she didn’t show up. She later emailed claiming that the portal sometimes glitches and she was in the session but I supposedly couldn’t see it. She said she was going to finish up her current visit and email me when to log on. I waited for hours, tried calling and emailing multiple times, and never got a response. Do not schedule with her, it would be a waste of your time.
