Very dishonest
I went to this provider 1 year ago and called back after my son was having issues and requested care. They called back and said we had been kicked out of the practice due to missing an appointment. I never remember missing an appointment and never got a letter in the mail. I got upset with them and then 6 months later they send me a bill for $150 for missing 2 appointments. Just to to rub salt in the wound. I'm irrate no one can prove anything and they would kick a 9 year old out with no letter and no warning and then send a bill a year later???? Insurance had paid for 6 appointments and covered 100%. Money grab and ita dispicable.

Very unprofessional
Staff should be held accountable for their poor decision making. Being ethical is not what they practice. I would give them a zero if that was a choice.

Not what they used to be
They have a newer policy in place. You can only cancel 3 times a year before they blacklist you. It sounds like a fair policy. I agreed to it. Then I gave them a 2 month heads up on 2 weeks that I have family related commitment that I will be away for. Apparently, those counts as cancellations even though they are planned way in advance. So what was supposed to be a therapy session turned into a stressful lecture about committing to the therapy. I get the commitment, but if I have 2 strikes because of a family commitment, if I miss one more time then I'm blacklisted. Who needs that stress from a therapy schedule? You can't even take a vacation without it being considered a cancellation. The only reason they let it slide is if you are in ER. So if you have no life, this is the place for you.

Best service in the area!
I had seen many clinicians for many years until finding my perfect fit at Dr. Griffiths practice. It’s been 3 years, and I have to say that they are by far the most accessible practice with the most compassionate and knowledgeable staff.

I am recent patient of Dr. Tiffany Griffiths and associates. During my time in the practice, I have experienced a prompt and courteous office staff, flexible scheduling and a caring and compassionate therapist. Dan Griffiths has been an instrumental life coach and has provided valuable stress and anxiety management skills. I highly recommend the practice.

Absolute dismal failures at treating PTSD. No grasp of the disorder, not even aware of what's called a Soul Injury and after 6 months of weekly treatment the issue was never addressed. Clueless. ?? Find help elsewhere. Found mine with The Veterans Center, not affiliated with Department of Veterans Affairs.

Their website advertises that they offer ALL kinds of testing and assessments, but in truth they are so far booked out that they really don't offer it at all unless you can wait 8 months. So take the services down from your website until you CAN offer them within a reasonable amount of time, otherwise its false advertising. Also, they don't accept Geisinger because they don't make enough money from Geisinger patients. I get that this is a business, but unless you're offering extraordinarily excellent services or you have some sort of proven track record of working miracles with the mentally ill then, come on, just about any insurance should pay enough to fund your lifestyle.

The nurse practitioner is very nice, but she never listens to me about side effects. I've complained to her at least 5 times about side effects, and she never listens. I also had a very bad experience with a therapist there. She told me to break up with my boyfriend, because he eats junk food around me. My boyfriend means everything to me and is very beneficial to my mental health. She also said I was "creating my own depression" by thinking negative thoughts. What she doesn't understand is that depression is a chemical imbalance. It's not easy to just think happy thoughts when one is depressed. Maybe I just got a bad therapist.

Excellent people. They are always so patient and respectful towards me, so I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews on this site. I guess people only leave reviews when they have something to complain about - hoping for some other unfortunate soul to absorb your long repressed self loathing in the infinite echo chamber of the internet.

Very thorough, professional, and skilled. From the moment my call was answered to the day my treatment had come to an end, I was treated as a whole person with inherent value. I have learned skills that will last me a lifetime. I could not possibly recommend this practice more.

I am beyond disgusted. I've been teaching at the secondary level for 19 years so I've seen it all. When a parent e-mails me because they are concerned about their child's progress I get back to them within about 12 hours. This place...forget it. I left 2 VMs in about 2.5 weeks and received no response. The Psy D said that she would have my son's testing report completed within 2-3 weeks. It will be 6 weeks in a few days. I honestly give up. The school will be testing him in 2 weeks and I can't even give them answers about what tests he took. The only reason I had this done is because I didn't want to wait so long (for the school). I even paid in full the day after his last set of tests because I didn't want anything holding the reports up. I paid around $450 and my insurance paid nearly $3000. What is one to do if phone calls aren't returned? I read the other comments about people accusing other people of not paying. This is not the case here. I've been treated poorly!

It is sad to see the negative reviews, especially because they are likely folks who just did not want to pay. I have been a patient of this practice for 7 years and I feel they have helped me to lead a more authentic life. I've never felt better. They are serious about patients being seen weekly since that is what is most effective and they are serious about collecting when someone fails to show. I am fine with being accountable.

If you've got a case of housewife blues, then maybe they can help, but if you have a serious mental illness, they are clueless how to help. They also don't like input and will block you on their facebook page. They even took down their reviews.

Tiffany Griffiths, & Associates, I started treatment on 1/5/2018 after 8 visits on 3/13/2018 they where paid $1870 of which I paid $200 in copay, I had to call off of work do to my disability with the understanding that I could apply for FMLA only to find out that they will not fill out FMLA and was told that they do not want to get involved. Even though I told them that will lose my job in 25 days. They never disclosed this to me or I never would have chosen them as a provider.

she is down to earth ,real person who really cares beyond the payment . does not tell what you want to hear but what you need to hear. always the most professional caring. The people are very lucky to have such a caring person willing to help and guide them.should be a lot more like her world would be a better place.
