Instead of helping my wife, she spent more time talking about her own issues to try and show my wife that her problems were not as bad. These sessions were not about the provider. Then when we needed information for the VA, Tiffany downplayed the role the military had with my wife's trauma. She should not be assisting people if she is focused on her own problems or passing judgement based upon who she thinks deserves benefits and who does not.
