Ms. Richardson was the first provider that, when complaining of pain or symptoms, asked more questions and ordered more tests/images, instead of saying "you're just getting old" or writing out prescriptions for pain meds. She makes me feel listened to, and she is curious to solve problems and not just identifying them. I hope to be able to be her patient for the rest of her career.
