Front desk lady is rude and miserable and seems to fear Dr. Stevens wife. Do not check you insurance policy individually, rather they generalize and standardize all insurance. Tried telling me we could not be seen for a full yr (visit to visit) however our annual policy begins Jan. Takes forever to get glasses. Unwilling to help, snickering and whispering fron front desk lady with glasses and long hair. Rude, incooperative, horrible attitude. Fam of 6, lost out. Very loyal until I'd had enough.
