If I could, I'd give Dr. Steinmann a much higher than 5 star rating on "Staff Friendliness and Courteousness". Dr. Steinmann was very informed, friendly, humorous, and professional. I love him as my optometrist, and highly recommend him to anyone!

After waiting for what seemed like forever in the extremely crowded waiting area, this guy was rude and not very helpful.
