He helped us with one problem regarding our son. But when I told him that my husband, early in our marriage, put his hands around my neck and started squeezing (because I hadn't told him about a dripping faucet as soon as I first noticed it) -- Dr. Hulbert was dismissive of this act. He wanted to know if my husband really meant it! (So if he was just frustrated, and not really trying to harm me, it was not worth paying attention to?) At another point, I asked a question about something, sincerely wanting an answer. He kept refusing to answer. I quietly asked it several times until finally he answered. I have never seen such strange behavior in a therapist. Anyway, after he was very rude to me, I never went back to an appointment. He didn't like me. I just let my husband go by himself because this doctor liked him.

Dr. Hulbert has truly helped me overcome many obstacles! I was in a state of emotional ruin on my first visit. He helped me process through many painful experiences to a place of peace and joy. I can say now with confidence that I live a rich abundant life in Christ. I Thank God for Dr. Hulbert!
