I run multiple Assisted Living Homes here in the valley. I have been working with Mobile Doctors for over 10 years. Az at Home with Tom Green has been by far the best experience. They respond immediately. The are very thorough. Familiar with DHS regulations. Their patient portal helps a lot as well. My residents and the families are very happy! The office staff is fast kind and very helpful! This helps so much!!!

Overmedicated my family member for convenience of care home. Prescribed psychotropic drugs at sub-therapeutic levels for conditions for which family member had never received a diagnosis. Not qualified to even prescribe these drugs and never consulted a geriatric psychiatrist. Dangerous medical professional who will be reported.

Thomas Green is a caring, competent, Nurse Practitioner. In addition to those important qualities, he is also very good at talking with seniors. My 92 year old father is never made to feel rushed or that his concerns are not important. As an out of state daughter, knowing that Thomas Green is just a phone call away for dad's health care, makes me sleep better at night! We are lucky he head's dad's care team!
