I went to pick up my medical records today from this office and was told that it was a $25.00 charge. I followed up by asking if I could have them emailed to me with out the charge. I was informed that it would still be $25.00 since that was their policy and has been for the past 20 years. I have never been charged for picking up medical records at any doctors office before. WOW Farnsworth has made a lot of money over the years by charging their own patients for picking up their own records! SHAMEFUL!!! I called my primary doctor who initially referred me to Farnsworth and they were just as surprised as I was about their policy.
