He is arrogant, rude, dismissive, didn't listen, tried to humiliate me, wasted my time, money, unprofessional. Would never trust him or agree to see him again. He deserves 0 or negative score. Truly worst experience ever.

Thomas was so wonderful during my visit to check for ear problems. He understands and empathizes with client concerns. Listens and is careful to cover all bases as soon as possible to give the patient answers. I have been to many doctors in the past year and his bedside manner is EXCELLENT. My results came back healthy so I may not be seeing him for a long time but I wish all medical providers were this wonderful. His nurse Star was also so great!

Im 40 and Ive had problems with my ears all of my life. I have a significant hearing loss. I came to Tom a year ago for an ear infection and he was fantastic! Not only did he clear up my infection but he told me about sophisticated hearing aids that can help me! He referred me to an audiologist and my life changed. I saw Tom again 2 weeks ago for a horrible infection in both ears. So kind & gentle. He made me feel comfortable & I felt like he truly cares. I have the utmost confidence in him!!!!
