Excellent visit
Dr Coccia had seen my son for vision check up. We really appreciated Dr Coccia's knowledge and guidance. Doctor took the time to address all of our concerns. His energy and upbeat demeanor were very uplifting. Thank you, Dr Coccia!

Unacceptable
I arrived for my son’s appointment a few minutes early today. I was ignored upon arrival. I told the receptionist, Drew that my son was there for his 2 pm appointment. Drew told me that there was a glitch in their system and that they had double booked and could not see us. I showed him the text from the prior day where they had sent me a reminder. I also had confirmed the appointment via a prior text. I asked that they accommodate us or offer a solution. Unfortunately, they did not offer any solutions nor did they apologize.
