Very bad and I’m a very good patient having been monitored for 17 yrs for brain tumor. Went in for arm scan after fall but he decided on a brain MRI EVEN THOUGH I had one a week before at Beebe. Discharged w/o arm even scanned and a 9400.00 bill and the saline tubes still stuck in arm which was not hard to remove; but still. About 9 hrs and they wouldn’t let me eat or have water. I understand that as a precaution in case surgery was needed...after MRI I asked if I could go home

Did not introduce himself. Did not identify his position when he walk into the treatment room, had to read this info off his shirt. Thats a basic and just plan courteous to do so and I know he has the ability to do better. Was not warm, rather matter of fact. He did a cursory exam and left. Never saw him again for hours until all results were in and he was evasive about a questionable results. He should have been my advocate and requested a specialist consult but he did not.
