My son referred to his office late Oct and we went for the first initial visit Nov 5th. Told us to have his teacher and myself fill out a Behavioral paper. We did that. I waited well over a month for a follow up visit. Called them, said they were waiting on insurance to approve it. I called my insurance provider....they NEVER sent it!! Called them approved told them this, "Oh I sent it online so it must not have went through". This was the week before Christmas. Here it is Jan 17th and no call.
