Worst Experience of my Life
I was sent to this person for a SSA mental status exam. His office was disgusting and messy. He totally invalidated my PTSD by rolling his eyes when I explained what I’d been through. It took me years to finally deal with that and two seconds for him to negate my feelings. He was very dry and un personable. I can’t imagine having to pay him for a service.

Takes forever to get in, forever to get results..(we had to stalk them for them) then we get a huge bill and very bad antiquated lecture and misdiagnosis from an old man who obviously needs to retire. What kind of psychologist has you leaving feeling worse about yourself?! I wish I had read all the other bad reviews first!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Was referred to him by a psychiatrist for a mental health eval/testing. He ignored every one of my concerns and put me down when I tried to explain anything, it felt like I was talking to a wall. He was texting on his phone for almost half of the appointment which I felt was disrespectful because of the matters being discussed. He pretty much said "good luck" and that was it. I feel worse than I did before seeing him. I wish I would have read the reviews before making an appointment. The office staff is nice but I would not trust him for anything. Please, go anywhere else but here.

I love Dr. Bennett. He was very thorough, and helped me get an accurate diagnosis. I am now on the right meds that I needed. I haven’t felt this good in years. He was very kind and gentle. I was very nervous getting the testing, but he eased my mind. The results were spot on. The staff was great. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Bennett is the dr assigned to my daughter. For all I know, he could be marvelous. I say "could be" because my only interaction was with the VERY RUDE woman named Missy, Misty, or Mitzi who first identified herself as the receptionist with I called to inquire about a medical bill I received in the mail for a "missed appt" fee in the amount of $150. When I began explaining why I was calling, this woman said, "Well, I don't know because I don't do billing." When I asked to be transferred to someone in billing, she barked back saying, "That girl doesn't have a phone." Then I stated that she [the billing lady] surely has SOME form of contact...perhaps email?" to which I was met with a short, "Nope!" I then asked to speak to the Office Manager, she tells me that SHE is the office manager...but wait, 5 minutes ago, you were "just the receptionist!" I then asked who her immediate boss was and she said, "the doctor himself. Have a nice day!" and hung up. Poor ratings make sense now ??

Very thorough. I was referred there to under-go extensive psychological testing since it hadn't been done in 15+ years and for my new psychiatrist to better understand my diagnosis and needs. The testing was not conducted by Dr. Bennett, but rather an associate. I met with him before to review and after to discuss results. The office staff is pleasant and it was relatively easy to get a convenient appointment. Overall, pleased thus far.

This was the worst psychologist I have ever dealt with. He is dry as a piece of toast. I was sent to him for my disability determination. He asked obtrusive irrelevant questions. For someone with a degree he isn't the slightest bit helpful & is definitely clueless on how to connect with people. Now I understand why mental illness goes untreated & people cannot get the help they deserve. Someone please take away this quack's license to practice!!

Bennett's main concern is just giving you two or three generic things to do. Not clear about billing AT ALL! Bennett will tell you it is covered by insurance and then bill you. The office is nearly impossible to contact on the telephone regardless of time or day.
