This doctor literally is letting my mother suffer
Will not listen to what you have to say will give you the bare minimum. Went in to have a paper signed to get dentures and he would not approve it letting my mother suffer in depression and can’t even eat well at all. she has all the signs to be approved the dentist told us she needs them to function normally and apparently dr. Bartol thinks it’s ok to have zero and I mean 0 teeth in someone’s mouth. I will be transferring her to a new doctor one that will actually help her.

Didn't try to help me in any way . continually went in complaining that there was something wrong with me, it wasnt until I was able to see another provider who actually listened to me, and scheduled a MRI that showed I had serious medical issues that required immediate surgery. Richmond Health Center doesn't care about its patients or their privacy. Horrible service and treatment!
