Awful, unprofessional, didn't listen, was condescending, rude. First time gyno appointment and ended up leaving there uncomfortable, miserable & crying. Filing complaint also.

Theresa Ripoli is nothing short of unprofessional and rude.
My first office visit with her was on 10/21/2016 at the Tempe location. This was my first child/pregnancy, so naturally I had a lot of questions. Which apparently, she didn't like and was very vocal about. She then ask me what mine and my fiance's ethnicity was, then told us we were at a higher risk of spina bifida. WITHOUT EVER TAKING MY BLOOD. She gave competently false information on my first visit that had me stressing.

Nurse Rispoli, has a great bedside manner. She is friendly, very detailed in explaining steps in the exam and asks a lot of questions about your health history to get a greater understanding. I felt very comfortable talking to her about my past history and what I want to accomplish in the future. She provide me with steps to begin a plan and we schedule a follow-up. I have recommended Nurse Rispoli to my friends and they have gone to see her and have had the same great experience.

Risa was my midwife through my 2nd pregnancy and delivered my healthy son. That was 14 yrs ago. She continued to provide my GYN service and advice since then from pregnancy, peri-menopause, GYN issues, and now handling puberty with my preteen daughter while practicing in Virginia. Risa is more than my healthcare provider, but has become a friend and like family. Her honesty, bed side manor, education and knowledge of current women's issues is top notch. Highly recommend.
