didn't get my time worth
I can feel instantly Theresa did not want to be in the room with me. Her focus was to get me out of the room so she can go home, since I was the last patient she was seeing for the day. My drive to Edwards was 45 mins. I spent 10 mins in the waiting room and was with the Theresa for 4 mins. I was livid and felt awkward, I didn't want to keep her in the room much longer. Then I received my labs while being in the waiting room and we didn't get to discuss the results during my apt. What a disappointment!

I felt that she was insensitive to the information she was delivering. Instead of focusing on my ability to absorb the information she threw everything at me at once.

Theresa is very kind & compassionate, she's an excellent listener & she HEARD me as I explained the issues that I was experiencing. I highly recommend her!
