Rude, obnoxious, and not at all knowledgeable. Spent the entire appointment with head buried in a laptop.

Teresa Jones does text reminders for appointments. Teresa Jones is to the point about medical. Teresa does give out solutions to resolving health issues. She is Professional & Verbally Compassionate??. I have a Great Experience with Theresa Jones. Thanks for assigning?? her to me. I appreciate my provider. ??

She is not patient friendly. She doesn’t listen to you. I have called several times and left messages about medications that I was told I needed after lab work over a month ago and still have not received one response. Her office is very unprofessional.

I had been at the same practice for 5 years, but after 2 visits with her, I'm ready to seek another provider. She's very condescending and unpleasant. Not sure if it's arrogance or she just genuinely doesn't want to be where she is that makes her so offput.

This lady is patient and answers all my questions. always welcomes me with a smile and her staff is the best I have been to in years. examining rooms are super clean as well

I was desperate to get in to a clinic and be seen and this was the only provider available.... now I see why! I was unable to reach her and left several messages. Only after I contacted the practice manager did I receive a response and this was almost 10 days later. Good thing my request wasn't extremely urgent!

She is condescending and doesn't listen to what is actually going on, but sits there looking like a deer in headlights then repeats her previous statement like a robot reading a script.
