I was referred to her by EAP . Didn’t get to see her , but via text was the same as the other reviewers experiences. Just didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered. The nicest text was when I told her I’m going elsewhere she said “ ok take care”. 12 reviews all 1 star. 8 written all negative. That speaks volumes!

She has an attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. I didn’t even get to have a session with her because she sent paper as pictures instead of a PDF. When I told her I didn’t have a way to download and print the pictures to told me to schedule with someone else instead of just helping me. It’s literally your job !!!

Horrible experience. Does not know what she was doing. Laughs and makes jokes after telling her vulnerable things. I asked her for techniques to deal with my self esteem issues and she would say stuff like " you just got to stop thinking like that" OBVIOUSLY THATS WHY IM HERE, I NEED WAYS TO STOP. Just likes to chat about random stuff, spent half of the session answering questions about Boba tea. I don't even know how she's licensed. Useless session and I just felt worse after

I emailed her for an appointment, she emailed me back the next day and said she had nothing this week and thanks for contacting her office. I didn't ask for this week, I asked for her first available, which she did not provide. She was very short and didn't email me back when I responded and told her that I knew I wouldn't get in this week and that I just wanted to know what her first available appointment was. I'll go talk to the wall, it's more caring.

She is not able to give any problem solving skills or assist in basic problem identification skills. She will answer her phone and texts during your appointment and constantly check the clock. When you first arrive she just looks at you as if you are supposed to know what to do. She doesn’t remember anything discussed in previous appointments, and will ask you the same questions as last appointment. After six sessions, I’m no better than where I started. Do not waste your time like I did.

Called her because she was the only option my EAP gave me. When I went to schedule an appointment the first thing she said was I cannot fill out disability paperwork as if I was asking her too and stated I needed to call and get my own authorization. I declined an appointment after that. She's seems very rude and uncaring!

got an answering machine. I did NOT leave a message. Shel called back from caller id. Told her i needed behavior help for my grieving child whose father passed. Was rather rude even more so when i told her my ins. Carrier who she IS a provider for, but she wasnt sure told me to check again to make sure. Seemed short and uncaring. I just said well if you dont know or care to find out I dont think your the counselor I want for my child. She just said "fine then" & hung up not saying bye nothing.

Before I could even set an appointment she was rude by suggesting that I sound like I need to see someone tomorrow and she doesn't have any appointments until next week and to call my insurance for other providers. Rude and not professional. Would not have a dog or snake for that matter go to her. ....h!
