she has been an incredible person/nurse practitioner to deal with on a one-on-one basis for several years since her predecessor left ;always there to lend an ear and very receptive to questions and just an overall good person. always enjoyed knowing she was the one I was going to see on each one of my visits

Theresa is great!
As mentioned in other reviews, the problems is with her office staff, particularly one of the nurses. There has not be one conversation had either in person or over the phone with her that was not rude, high volumed or argumentative. There seems to be no concern for customer service. Theresa deserves better support.
