Enthusiastic and knowledgeable
I went to Eyeglass World for a contact lens prescription. I did not finalize the prescription within the required amount of time (3 months) because both of thetrial prescriptions seemed wrong. I contacted Eyeglass World and asked them to retest my eyes with the same prescription I have had for about 10 years free of charge. However, as I was outside of the 3 month window, the Doctor who saw me originally refused. The manager at Eyeglass World asked another doctor, Dr. Briyana Theodore, if she was willing to do the examination free of charge. I saw Dr. Theodore and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me and tested my eyes with my old prescription. The old prescription worked perfectly. Dr. Theodore also took the time to follow up with me and finalize my prescription after ensuring everything was working well. I highly recommend Dr. Theodore.
