Whoa! Don't go here! 1. Charged me for contact lens exam I did not request. 2. Refused to give me an itemized receipt upon paying cash. 3. After paying per glasses quote they called and wanted more money because their math was wrong. 4. Double-dipped by charging my insurance benefit after I had paid in full, in cash. And then!!! The insurance reimbursed them $7 less, so less this $7 is the refund they would provide. After they erred in even submitting the claim to insurance. (Duh? Wouldn't a reputable biz just take on the $7?) 5. There's more. But it is not about your care at this place. It's about their profit/loss statement. 6. Staff doesn't seem incentivized to care about patients. 7. Someone at the top is not watching...

The Optometrist that did my eye exam on the day of the exam was very good. On the day I picked up my glasses I was not treated well, I showed disappointment to the fact that my glasses were wrong, and I didn't want them any longer. I believe that the staff in that office needs to learn how to speak nicer to their clients. Too bad the manager in the optometrist side was so nasty.

Dr. Steckman is the Rolex of Optometrist and I recommend him without reservation. He has been my go to eye man for many years and I look forward to my scheduled eye exams. His high skill levels, kindness, and real concern and care for his patients is a 10+. If you need an eye doctor, you will be well served to see Dr. Steckman.
