I have had the most positive and compassionate care with Terry Batns and all thumb Butte Chino Valley staff. Terry is professional, experienced and knowledgeable . Listens earnestly and takes the steps to resolve each of my health issues. I'm fortunate to have found Terry and her staff. I feel my health us in good hands.

Having recently moved to the Prescott area, and tried another doctor without success, I stumbled upon Terry Barnes. She listens and gets things done. I find her to be professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. So instead of a doctor I see her as my general doctor.

Didn’t want to hear anything about my Mom’s complex health issues. Very much had a superior and paternal attitude. Mom left without having anything important really addressed. Acted like she was granting some great favor by giving my elderly mom a flu shot or doing ANYthing really. NEVER ACTUALLY SENT A RX SHE PRESCRIBED MONTHS AGO and tried to say it was ok for mom to stay on a contraindicated DIABETES medication. Really had a hard time trying to not act like a jerk and actually do a decent job

Terri Barnes is one of the best practitioners I have ever seen. If it wasn’t for her I may still be undiagnosed as to a serious adrenal condition. She listens, knows her stuff, orders what needs to be ordered, etc. Can’t rate her highly enough.

Was very easy to talk to, listen, told her about previous problems I been having, set me up for test. My previous Dr. always wanted to try certain things first before sending me in for any kind of test, problems got worst. Terry didn't hesitate. She is so sweet.
