Visit never occurred, reached out to North Star Counseling as well as the therapist directly with multiple calls and messages. 12 days passed before receiving a response. The response from the office manager was they were new, they didn't know if the therapist was to busy to take on any new patients and to basically look elsewhere since there was no contact from therapist. Office manager wouldn't ask therapist and get back to me if they were not participating in the program any longer where the therapists name was pulled from. I then began to express that it would of been good business to follow up with us at the initial time of trying to make an appt to notify to look elsewhere. Office manager then hung up on me.

Terri is knowledgeable, personable, professional with an apparent desire to help navigate me through the challenges I've encountered. Her insight and care have facilitated my progress, heightened my awareness and proven to be life changing/ habit changing for me. I highly recommend her.
