Very Rude
I had to schedule a virtual appointment for my child due to a very stressful and tight schedule. I had to pull all 3 kids out of school because of time constraints. The test video and call worked fine, but once on the call the video on my end wasn't working. She was really rude about this, which I had no control over. I asked if we could do the call without video and she said no and that I needed to reschedule! She the had the gall to ask me why we didn't do an in person appointment! I am really disappointed that this person has a license to practice mental health therapy.
