My wife had a CT scan for issues following a severe UTI. Now, a week after verification that they have the results, she has not called with the results. We are told that NO ONE else can review the results with her and now being told that my wife has to go back to the office to get the results. All calls go to a central answering office who have repeatedly advised that they can see she has gotten the messages. At one time they said they tried calling the office themselves, gotten no answer and did not know why there seemed to be no one in the office. If you are seeking medical treatment DO NOT bother with this office.

Teena doesn’t seem to care about my well-being and getting a simple answer when not in the office is impossible. I was running low on medication, I calling for 4 days straight leaving messages for her before my husband had to call and tell them something had to be done before getting any help. Then we discovered an issue that wold require testing different doses until I leveled out so I had to have regular blood work done, well after the second round of blood work Teena leaves me a 15 seconds voicemail and never even mentioned the issue that the blood work was for. You basically have to fight for any sort of help from her.

Repeatedly prescribed WRONG TYPE OF MEDICATION and WRONG DOSES. This happened five times. She blamed it on a difficult to use computer system. The manager did nothing except say she was sorry, and Ms. Hedrick did not apologize at all. If I had not read the label on the medication, there would have been terrible consequences. Very frightening practitioner who writes minimal information on a steno pad instead of typing into the computer while in the room.
