We went to get my husbands contacts at All About Eyes, and first they ordered the trials in the wrong script, then it was the wrong eye, finally he got the correct script. We went to order the contacts and we could not get in contact with them during COVID-19. When we did it was when the hurricane hit IOWA and my husband is a line-worker, working 16-18 hour days 6-7 days a week. They said his script had not been signed and he would need to get a new exam. I said that they had been closed during COVID-19 and now he could not get in for an exam. One manager said she would possibly send a trial set to get him by. The district manager called and said they could do nothing, he would need to come in for another exam. Dr. Neumann would also do nothing to assist. At a time where people could help one another this Dr. choose not too. A trial set to get him through... NO..... NOTHING. We will never go back to any All About Eyes or where Dr. Neumann works at Miller Family Optical.
