She doesn't listen and notates records incorrectly
Telehealth
Upon reviewing my medical records I noticed numerous times where she dictated things I told her incorrectly or without context, leading to a very different view of what was said. Extremely frustrating and tends to contradict herself.

  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Appointment was rushed
