I came to this practice to get a prescription for Acutane because my Primary Care Physician tried all medications you could think of like Doxycycline and many other medications I would prefer not to disclose, and they didn't have clearance to prescribe Acutane. I suffered from Kidney Stones and Hives from past medications like Doxycycline. I showed pictures of my cystic acne and I complained of my allergies and my worries of ever having to go through that again. The NP decided to prescribe me Minocycline, that is in the same medicine family as Doxycycline, and would most likely cause me even more serious allergic symptoms. As well as yet another topical cream that doesn't fit my symptoms at all. I have close relatives that are internal medicine doctors, so I am not just making an uneducated complaint. The MD that signed off on those prescriptions should also be held responsible for this foolish approach to patient care. I DO NOT TRUST this practice/employees with my health. Beware.

Dr. Dieter is a wonderful, caring and compassionate, empathetic and truly professional medical professional. Her demeanor with much attention has been amazing in providing relief to my eczema flare ups in association with my multiple medical problems. Her communication is always concise and clear. She shows genuine concern for the patient. Her recommendations and diagnosis have been 100% on point in helping with diagnosis of other undiagnosed medical conditions for my other physicians. My wait time is always less than 10 minutes. Requests for non routine visits have been less than 24 hours.
